Wahl clipper
Ordered a Wahl clipper and after it arrived I decided to upgrade to a more expensive model. Wahl customer service were excellent. Return and refund were made very straight forward, many thanks.

False advertising
Wahl advertising discount on their website, when entering code at checkout code has expired. I phoned customer services they told me code expired today. False advertising at it's very best.
Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service! When my dog clippers stoped charging I contacted them by email, they sent me a label to return to them and within a week they were returned fully repaired.
Spend your hard earned money, but don't expect spares - they want you to buy brand new
I went abroad, and left my charger for the 5 Star Cordless Senior Clipper in the hotel room.
Back in the UK, getting a replacement is nigh on impossible. Wahl has it out of stock on their website! Their excuse is "The 4v Cordless Clippers were discontinued a couple of years ago, superseded by the updated 5v version." and that "The 4v chargers are currently on the water, the estimated delivery date is the end of February."
So what are my options? Wait weeks and hope it arrives. I've already been without the clippers for the whole of Jan.
Or I could buy a new one (!) - of which plenty are in stock and they have chargers.
I've lost confidence in this brand. Perhaps I will go with Andis or Oster in future.

Exceptional Service
I have used Wahl several times and their service has been excellent, I found it impossible to criticise.
Recently I purchased a trimming kit and had a small problem with the nasal trimmer, contacted support and they rectified the problem immediately, really excellent service.
Flawless customer service
I contacted customer services with an enquiry about what product to by. They very quickly responded the same day, I subsequently placed the order and received the product quickly. The whole process was flawless.

Excellent customer service
I was out in Japan, when my clippers failed on me, the battery would no longer hold charge and it was out of warranty. I sent an email and within two days a new unit arrived, perfect service can’t fault them great communication.

Being a barber I have dealt with wahl more times than I can count, they always provide a first class service and go above and beyond in their customer service its always a five star rating for me and always will be I wouldn't trust any other products than wahl too

Customer service is as good as it can get, Rebecca was amazing and handled my query quickly and efficiently, and the broken attachment arrive on time .. Rebecca is a credit to the company, I would employ her any day

I bought a clipper set which turned out to be missing the no. 3 comb but to have two no. 2 combs. I contacted Wahl and Rebecca organised for them to put a no. 3 comb straight in the post to me immediately - fantastic!
great customer service
I had a query about a spare part but couldn't find the info online. Somehow, my query landed in the German subsidiary's inbox who told me to contact the Wahl UK office since I'm an Irish customer - which didn't really make sense since I bought a Moser European product, but they obviously didn't wish to deal with me. Lucky for me because Wahl's UK Customer Service replied quickly, asked the right questions and then immediately pointed me to the correct product for my tool. Quick, no fuss and friendly - couldn't have been better.

A box got stolen from the apartment…
A box got stolen from the apartment block communal area. After checking with neighbours, complaining to royal mail, I got in touch with Wahl. It was easy to talk to a human, and they understood and were very quick in sorting out a replacement. Very friendly, easy and efficient to deal with. What a pleasant surprise, most companies these days do everything in their power to make it difficult to get in touch with them. Well done Wahl, keep it up
best shaver ive ever had
I have struggled with satifactory shaving as I have got older and my beard got much tougher.
I have tried everything I know -I read trustpilot reviews and Wahl shaver got many 5 stars. I bought one (it was not the most expensive) it has changed my shaving quick easy painless effective. No more cuts or bits left uncut,no more "running out of time to finish my shave".It just works quickly and effectively.

First time buyer and will definitely come back again!
I've purchase the Aqua Blade 10 in 10 Multigroomer as my last shaver had bitten the dust and I was very surprised by the amount of accessories I received with the purchase. Also, the blades can cut very close! I've used it on face, body and nose and it was a totally easy and painless experience.
The price for the product is absolutely fair and the customer service is great too (I happened to contact them during the ordering process and they were super helpful).
